Which size should I choose?
Every clothing product page has a size chart with the real measurements of that garment, and a fit guide that asks two or three questions and tells you which size to take. You will find both directly under the size selector.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, so you can expect your parcel within 4 to 9 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are prepared from the next business day onwards.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. We ship exclusively within France, with PostNL and DHL.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel with that number on the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with the tags still attached. Email info@garaufi.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions and the return address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by debit or credit card, or with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The methods available to you are shown at the payment step.
How do I care for my pieces?
Always follow the care label sewn into the garment. As a rule, knitted cotton and viscose pieces are best washed at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle and dried flat rather than tumble dried. Jewellery keeps its finish longest if you take it off before showering or swimming.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@garaufi.com. We prepare orders quickly, so once a parcel has left us we can no longer change it. In that case you can still return the order.
